Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Villa Malpas - the location of the villa on the golf course was perfect for us, and very peaceful. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. We appreciated David's help in quickly sorting out any issues that came up. Great location for accessing wonderful restaurants in Los Abrigos, as well as water sports and beaches. Thank you!

We had a very good week within this villa. The surrounding is good especially with the golf view. We hear the planes landing/taking off in the course of the days but it's not boring. The villa is very well furnished and clean. We really appreciated the pool, BBQ and the terrace. Very good and easy communication with David the manager.

Villa Malpas is very spacious and meets all the requirements we expected. Bright, modern, with a large, heated swimming pool. Side but sufficient view of the ocean and golf course. A lot of space on three external terraces, in the middle a large living room combined with a kitchen and a place for meals. David the house manager, whom we also know from other houses, takes great care of the guests and it's safe to say that he answers questions in a second or helps if necessary. The villa is in a quiet area and within walking distance to many restaurants, pubs and bars, as well as a 3 minute walk to the ocean shore. The only item this comfortable villa lacks is mosquito nets in the windows against mosquitoes and flies. It could certainly increase the prestige / and even the price / of this house and I'm sure other guests feel the same way. We recommend this villa.

Excellent Villa with good facilities and also for local amenities. Large rooms provide plenty of space and storage areas. Good pool and jacuzzi . Managed by David and Rosemary who are always helpful. Would recommend and hope to visit again.

We stayed for 10 days at Villa Malpas and we had such a lovely holiday. The villa is spacious and the pool big enough to play in, our boys loved it. David was helpful when we needed him and we were very grateful to be able to check in earlier and check out later as we had a late flight back. This made a huge difference to us. There are enough places to walk to nearby but we also had a car to explore further afield. The views of the mountains and sunsets at night are stunning from the villa and it is private and quiet which was exactly what we wanted. We can definitely imagine coming back for another holiday.

After 2 rubbish years this was our first holiday abroad in a long while and one we will cherish for years to come. The villa was amazing and had everything we could wish for. It was spotlessly clean and we are going to miss waking up and having our coffee on the little terrace with such superb views! David and Rosemary couldn't have done more for us and we found them so friendly and helpful. Thank you The Simoni family

Disfrutamos unos días de tranquilidad. El entorno se presta a eso. Tanto la casa como la piscina de la Villa estaban muy bien. La atención del personal fue muy buena y diligente. Buena limpieza de la casa y de la piscina. Pequeños detalles de mantenimiento: escasa agua caliente en uno de los baños, poca potencia aires acondicionados, insectos en uno de los baños, pero en general, la relación calidad/precio es bastante buena. Muy recomendable

Great modern villa set in the tranquil surroundings of Amarilla golf course.All the comforts you need for a perfect stay.You have your own pool which is cleaned twice a week,a fully equipped kitchen,3 bedrooms all ensuite,tv with great choice of channels and your own secluded bathing area.Also David and his wife are so helpful if you require any assistance.All in all we cannot fault the villa and location if you are looking for a quiet holiday or something more lively like Las Americas or Siam Park on a short taxi ride away.

Nice pool well heated comfortable sleeping arrangement. Lots of wardrobe space. Good position for shops and restaurants. Large patio with plenty of furniture. Well maintained and decorated. David looked after us extremely well as usual. Would recommend

Our second stay at Villa Malpas and knowing what we were coming to was a benefit. Again, the villa is clean and well maintained. The pool and the jacuzzi are clean and at a pleasant temperature. David, the agent, was as ever extremely helpful as we had to change dates and there was a fault with the TV and everything is dealt with in a helpful and efficient way. We will book this villa again.

We stayed at Villa Malpas for the second time for 2 weeks from 4th August and yet again had the most amazing time. The villa is very spacious, has everything that you should need. The swimming pool is excellent as is the Jacuzzi which we used this time. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are great for a family. The area is very safe, family orientated and has a good choice of local bars and restaurants around. We love Tenerife and will definitely be coming back to stay at Villa Malpas.

We had yet another great time in villa malpas . A bonus was the dish washer . It was a bit disappointing that despite the plumber trying to sort out hot water in main bedroom still wasn't running hot . Would have been nice if a light in the pool . Our 4 year old granddaughter was in the pool and couldn't get her out of it . We all loved the Jacquizi . Cleanliness was very good and information in book very helpful too Lovely he holiday

We stayed at Village Malpas from 10th-17th May. We had a fab time and found this villa very well equipped and exceptionally clean. This was our 3rd time staying at Amarilla Golf and this is the only villa that we would happily return to. We were apprehensive as the last 2 villas we stayed at were pretty dated. This villa had everything you could possibly need including hairdryers, high chair and barbecue. We found we spent a great deal of time at the villa as our grandkids loved the pool. There is a well stocked shop less than a 5 minute walk from the villa that sells fresh bakes bread etc... in the mornings. A 5 minute drive in the car around to Golf Del Sur and you have a mini supermarket and places to eat out and to have a drink. The views from the villa are beautiful, we loved sitting having our morning coffee watching the early risers playing golf. There is a club house that you will pass on the way to the villa and it does lovely food, has a well stocked bar and has an outdoor swimming pool as well as a kids pool. You are only a 10 minute drive into Las Americas and you will find lots of nice restaurants that cater for all tastes. We visited Siam Mall which is pretty new and has some lovely shop and some restaurants Tony Romas was a favourite for our grandchildren. There is a large supermarket on the ground floor of the mall and easy access for parking. I would have no hesitation in booking this villa again as it was everything and more that we were hoping for.

Our party of 4 people were very comfortable in Villa Malpas. We love its' location; a close walk to the Marina and 15 minutes walk to San Blas. This was our second holiday in this villa and we would have no hesitation in rebooking a third time.

Stayed end of March, 4 adults and a toddler (thank you so much for supplying cot and high chair) and it was the perfect size for us. Loved that all the bedrooms had ensuites, and outside space was generous with nice seating areas. Location was nice, in a quiet area but still a short walk to bars, restaurant and marina. Was reassuring to know David was only a text away to answer any questions, which was never required. Would definitely recommend staying here and am confidant will revisit again hopefully soon. Found the whole process to booking the villa and once in Tenerife finding the villa very simple and stress free. Thank you

The villa was very spacious and clean, the pool area was fab , nice new loungers and fully heated pool .David was on hand if needed, but did not need him . We as a family all loved it and will be going back.

Perfect villa for a relaxing holiday . Pool area is great and the villa location is perfect as you have total privacy but are still within walking distance for bars, restaurant's and shop. All in all a very comfortable villa I will definitely be booking this again

We recently stayed in villa malpas in Tenerife had a wonderful stay. The villa was very well equipped for all the family. Pool and jacquizzi was an added bonus . Hoping to revisit soon .

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Malpas and all 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children) had a great time. The pool was a really good size and the bedrooms were extremely spacious with great storage in all three. Very nicely decorated and the air con was a definite bonus. A good selection of bars and restaurants about a 15-20 minute walk away but also a few less than 5 minutes from the villa, as well as a small supermarket.

We had a very enjoyable stay in villa malpas. The villa was very modern and clean with everything we needed for a break with young children. The pool was very private and the hot tub was also a welcome addition. We would definitely return in the future.

Couldn't fault the villa, spotless inside, great outside space with sun and shade available all day. Pool was warm, perfect for me and I'm a woos as far as swimming goes. Couple of restaurants close plus a small supermarket which stocks a lot of British stuff, word of warning - they don't take credit cards - strictly cash only. Good wi-fi, British TV, David was on hand for any little problems, nothing not to like It was windy whilst we were there(early March) so take a light jumper for the evenings

Spacious, cool and clean. What more could one want from a holiday rental in Tenerife? One of a number of properties that we have rented from "Just Holiday Villas 4 U". The agent (David) is attentive and responsive without imposing. Having used this company several times, we intend to use them several times more. I can't give a better recommendation that than.

We have just returned from a ten day holiday at Villa Malpas. The villa is well equipped and in an excellent location overlooking the golf course (hole number 7 I think). Very spacious villa with the added benefit of your own pool. The villa is ideally situated with plenty to do around the surrounding areas with many good restaurants locally. I cannot recommend highly enough Villa Malpas. The manager David is very helpful and on hand if you need anything. I am sure we will be returning in the future.

A lovely villa, very comfortable. Taxis and restaurants well within walking distance. We did not hire a car but took taxis instead which was a lot less stressful and worked out at about the same cost as we did not go out every day. The staff in the Fairways office were very helpful if we wanted to know anything and also have details of trips. Instructions for the hob and a new wind-out canopy in the garden would be nice, but other than that everything was good. David and Rosemary responded immediately to any calls and were extremely helpful. We did think the villa was more suited to 4 adults and 2 children, rather than 6 adults. All in all we had a great holiday.

We went for a week. Our party consisted of myself, my sister and 2 older teenagers (17 and 18) so we needed separate rooms. My biggest expense when holidaying is taking time off work (self employed) so I figured we'd splash out on some luxury accommodation. We weren't disappointed! Lovely pool and hot tub. David was very helpful at the end of a phone when you needed him. Good place to use as a base to explore the island. Managed to get around the "Which Hotel are you at?" question by telling folk we were opposite the Fairways Club (for going on tours / getting home deliveries). Wish I could've stayed longer! I will hopefully get back for a couple of weeks next year :-D

The villa is in a quiet area with nice view of golf course and mountains. Not a great deal in immediate area but essentials in walking distance supermarket few bars restaurants and coastline. Not far away san blas square with more choice and los Abrigos was lovely to. Villa well equipped, excellent decor and comfortable, wifi was good, nice living area, secluded pool heated to a good temp hot tub was a treat in evenings. We have 3 kids some plastic plates cups etc would of been beneficial. We visited siam park water park (fantastic) and las Americas within easy driving range. Would recommend this villa especially for families.

Every thing you needed was there clean and tidy pool nice and warm for the kids everything worked well. Would recommend it to anyone lovely two weeks thank you Villa Malpas.

We arrived late on Sat afternoon after a long hot 4hr flight, we were greeted by David who showed us all the facilities and gave us the welcome pack with all the important stuff like contact details and taxi firm phone numbers. We were made to feel very welcome and then left to carry on with the rest of our holiday. The villa was everything we expected it to be, spacious, clean & tidy, very nice areas outside where we could either sit in a group or find a nice quite area on your own to read a book. The local amenities are just a short 2min walk with English speaking staff for those (like me) who's Spanish isn't quite what it should be. There is a short walk or taxi journey along the sea front to the local town to many restaurants all selling a good range of English or local food. We had a very nice time and will definitely visit again. Oh! and we even had a welcome bottle of champagne in the fridge.
