Villa was perfect, pool is a great size and heated. Every utensil needed was available, rooms good size beds comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We booked a 4 bed villa with Sue last year and just returned. She got us a villa in a perfect location, we can't fault anything at all. Sue even put us in touch with a friend who then booked us golf, clubs and even came and picked us up to take us to the course. David met us at the front gate when we arrived and took us through everything in the property, connected us to wifi, showed us the nearest shops etc, Would highly recommend for anyone thinking of going to this area, I will defenitely be back!

Had a great stay at this villa. We were a party of 4 - myself and my son ( who is disabled ) and his two support staff. The villa was ideal for our group as it had great amenities and was easy for my son and hos support staff to move around. The heated outside pool was awesome and we used it most days. The kitchen was well stocked with all items needed for cooking. The location is great with an easy 10 min walk to local shops and cafes. I am also a keen kitesurfer and wing foiler and the villa is only a short drive away from one of the best locations for wind and waves in the Canary Islands. Would highly recommend this villa.

The villa was very spacious and was perfect for the size of our trip (7 people; 4 adults, 3 children). David was there to welcome us and answer any questions that we had. The villa was very tidy and had everything we needed. There was some bottled water and a nice bottle of fizz waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. The pool area and entertaining area was well laid out and plenty of shade if we needed it. Wi-Fi was strong throughout property Location is less than a 10minute walk into San Blas that has lots of restaurants. And only a 15min cab into Los Cristianos (approx €30 each way). One thing I would note is that the villa is directly underneath the flight path to Tenerife South so planes flying over are extremely frequent and noisy. We heard planes from 6am through until midnight. This was the only part of the location that had a negative impact for us.

We have stayed many times in different villas managed by David and have always had great communication and help from first booking and then dealing with any issues whilst there. Casa Suenos is is a very spacious villa inside and out. It is well equipped and was spotlessly clean on arrival. .The pool was warm and we swam every day. The villa is in the flight path so there is plane noise at times during the day but nothing at night so not really a problem.

Everything about this villa from the minute we booked has been faultless. The communication prior to arrival with directions, information about the villa, what to do on arrival etc was all so helpful. We even had a message before our flight from David and he was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived. The villa itself is fantastic. Not only is it beautiful and well maintained but every detail has been thought of, the kitchen is well-equipped, there are plenty of spare pool towels, extra pillows etc, everything you could think of is there. We had no issues whilst we were there, although we did at one point think the heating had gone off in the pool. Within half an hour of messaging David he was there to check it out. It turned out just to be us feeling a bit cooler that morning, but it was no trouble to David to pop in and check all was well. The location is great too. There is a good choice of restaurants, a small supermarket, shops, beach etc all within walking distance, but it is also a great base for exploring the south of the island without being in the thick of the tourist destinations. I really can't praise this villa or company enough, I will definitely be booking with them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Thanks again to David and team for another amazing stay! This is the third Villa we have stayed in with David /company and they are all fabulous. We visited at the end of April (apologies for the delay of my review). My husband had surprised me for my significant birthday and until I got to the airport I had no idea where I was going! David greeted us at the villa, so straight away I knew it would be fabulous! Although it was just the 2 of us on this occasion the villa was extensive in its indoor and outdoor space and even 8 people would have felt the same. It was spotless throughout and like the other villas has great entertainment space but room for privacy. The two bathrooms are well equipped and the main family bathroom was like two rooms together for space. The main areas of kitchen, lounge and dining area are well equipped and spacious, yet have a homely feel to relax in. The outside area is exquisite with 2 pools, a dining BBQ area and sports quarter. If you could tear yourself away then it's a 10-12 minute walk to the main shopping area of San Blas and beach etc. The bus stop is literally round the corner and has a good service too. Again David and team have done a superb job and I was gutted to leave… but leave with the best birthday memories ever!

We stayed mid-May for 7 days. The villa is very clean and plenty of space - air conn works great. It is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but easy walk to local town - 10 mins. We hired a car and toured the island. No problems with mosquitos at all, in fact I never heard one unlike similar stays on Fuerteventura. I can't recommend the swimming pool enough. We opted for heated pool option and loved it. The pool is very new. There is a second pool at the opposite side of villa and that is the real charm here: the villa has lots of spaces around it and is very private. Nicely maintained garden. If you barbecue then you are well setup. As is it convenient to the airport - 15 mins drive, you can expect jets overhead occasionally depending on time of day - none at night, no big deal. Highly recommended.
